An order becomes firm when confirmed by PayTR. Payment is taken through the methods PayTR offers; card data is not stored on SezAI servers.

Prices are those shown on the site or payment screen at the moment of order. Unless stated otherwise, VAT and mandatory taxes are included or shown separately on screen.

Delivery method depends on the product; details are on the Delivery & shipping page. Digital products are delivered by email or account activation.

Withdrawal rights, time limits, and exceptions are set out on the Cancellation & returns page. Legal exceptions for immediate performance of digital content are reserved.

By completing payment, the buyer confirms they have read and accepted these sales terms. When the text is updated, the date line changes; an order is governed by the text in force at confirmation.
