Delivery & shipping

Orders that include a software licence, subscription, cloud access, or digital activation are delivered electronically. Access details are sent to the email address used for the order.

Digital delivery is completed as soon as practicable after payment is confirmed — typically the same day or within one business day. You will be emailed if there is a system delay.

When a product requires shipping, delivery within Türkiye is handled by a contracted carrier. Estimated time and cost are shown on the payment screen before you order.

The delivery address is the one you provide at checkout. SezAI Technology is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

For digital delivery, risk passes to you when access details are sent to your registered email. For physical shipments, risk follows the carrier's terms after handover; damaged deliveries require a written report.
