01Who is responsible
This website is operated by SEZAI TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (SezAI Technology). We are responsible for how the data collected here is handled.
02What we collect
Contact form: name, email address, company, subject, and message. This reaches us only when you fill in the form and submit it.
Technical logs: the server infrastructure running this site keeps standard records such as IP address and request time, for security and abuse prevention.
03Why we use it
You submit the form in order to reach us, so we use what you send only to assess and answer that enquiry.
We do not add you to marketing lists, sell your data to third parties, or build profiles.
04How long we keep it
Form messages are delivered to our company inbox; the site does not store them in a separate database. We keep a message only as long as we need it to answer you and, where relevant, to maintain the business relationship that follows.
05Service providers
For a message to reach us, our hosting and email delivery infrastructure processes it technically. Those providers use the data only to deliver it on our behalf.
06Cookies and tracking
This site uses no advertising cookies, no analytics trackers, and no third-party tracking scripts. That is why you are never asked to accept cookies here.
Typefaces are served from the site's own domain, so viewing a page makes no request to an external service.
07Spam protection
The form uses a hidden field and a submission rate limit to filter out automated posts. Neither check analyses the content of your message.
08Your rights
Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) you may request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing.
Write to the address below and we will review and respond.
09Changes
When we revise this text, the date above changes with it.
